Workshops

We’ll be announcing a new series of workshops and masterclasses for early 2026 very shortly (hopefully, before Christmas). Stay tuned…

Throughout spring/summer 2024, we delivered a trio of workshops in Huddersfield, Blackburn, and Clevedon, as well as online.

Each workshop was led by a different guest facilitator. The sessions created a safe and supportive space for participants to explore their poetic voices.

Our workshops are specifically targeted at writers identifying as working-class, or as coming from a working-class background. That said, everybody is welcome.

Our fantastic participants, of course, who supported our project and trusted us with their creativity. And finally, to Arts Council England for making this possible through their National Lottery Project Fund.

Also, our first workshops zine is on sale here – featuring work submitted by participants alongside work submitted by facilitators. It’s priced at £2.50 plus P+P, with an option to pay more if you like!
